A hand-stitched appliqué bed pillowslip with contrast hand-loomed red gingham detail on the inside, and two bows to tie and enclose a standard-sized pillow. One of several pieces currently in work with RaasLeela, all made using offcuts from bébé moiré collections.
Working with Hetal and her team of artisans at RaasLeela Textile in Ahmedabad is something I feel deeply grateful for. Hetal is passionate about her craft and her team, and this shows in every stitch. No machines, no shortcuts. Just skilled hands, slow work, and the freedom to create.

Textile Care
Hand-wash in cold water or machine-wash separately in cold water on delicate cycle.
Use mild, eco-friendly (natural) detergent soap only. Do not soak.
Line dry in shade.
Do not wring or spin on high-speed as it can damage the fabric.
Do not bleach. Warm iron only. Do not tumble dry.
